I am having difficulty importing my documents

To check your profile, you need to import multiple documents. Here are some recommendations if you are having trouble during importation.

The term IBAN used in this article refers to the document containing your bank account details (IBAN/BIC/SWIFT).
The documents must be clear, readable and whole.

Some documents must be front/back.

Identity documents must not be expired.

Your IBAN must include the bank logo.
