My payment was refused, what should I do?

When you are a co-subscriber, the payment of your subscriptions is made automatically every 30 days.

If a payment incident occurs, you will receive an e-mail to inform you. Two additional attempts will be made in the next two days.

If the three payment attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically terminated.
To resolve the situation, you need to update the payment method for the corresponding subscription.

You can also refill your wallet to pay for your subscription.

Each subscription has its own payment method to meet the requirements of the European Payment Services Directive.
