Login credentials do not work
Are you a co-subscriber and the sharing login credentials do not work or no longer? You can report it to the owner with just a few clicks.
Go to the Subscriptions page accessible via the four square button in the navigation bar.
Click on the Manage subscription button corresponding to the subscription for which you want to report the credentials.
Further down on this new page, click on the Credentials tab.
To the right of Do the login credentials work? you can click on the red cross.
The owner will be notified and other co-subscribers will be able to see your credentials verification.
If, despite this report and/or the group chat, the login credentials still did not work, you could request a refund.
