What to do if a service's price increases ?

When a service increases its prices, we update the sharing offers so that the co-subscription remains fair between the owner and the co-subscribers.


Subscription owner

You don't have to do anything, the price will be updated automatically on your share affected by a price increase.


Co-subscriber

Your payment to the subscription owner affected by an increase will also be updated. If you pay for this subscription via monthly debit from your Spliiit balance, it’s necessary that your balance can cover the renewal at the new rate, or that a payment card is linked to this subscription.


Updating the payment method is mandatory because it is part of a new European Union regulation to ensure the security of online payments. When you subscribe with a credit card payment, you authorize the monthly debit of a specific amount. If this amount changes, the payment will be automatically refused.
