In which cases can I report a problem?

You can report a problem in the case of a refund request, which can only be made in the following cases:



You have not received the credentials or they do not work.
The shared service does not correspond to the offer initially proposed by the owner (e.g.: different country, incorrect number of simultaneous screens, no more seats available, etc.).
You have been removed from the subscription without valid reason.
You no longer have access to the service and there is no further news from the owner (e.g. credentials changed, offer terminated by owner, etc.).
The account appears to be terminated.
You can no longer change family or a temporary code is required.
