How do I transfer my wallet to my bank account?
To transfer your wallet for the first time, you need to check your profile first.
This is explained in the article How do I check my profile?
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the home page.
In the menu that appears, click on the Amount of your wallet.
Under the amount of Validated Funds, you can click on Recover my funds.
Then select Bank Transfer.
Choose the amount to transfer to your account and click on Confirm.
Only funds from the sharing of a subscription can be transferred to your bank account : by default, top-ups and refunds are not included.
Refunds can be transferred to your bank account only on request: simply contact our customer service department by chat.
Your bank details must be up to date, an error in the transfer is charged 18€ by our financial partner Lemonway.
