What to do if a service's price increases ?
When a service increases its prices, we update the sharing offers so that the co-subscription remains fair between the owner and the co-subscribers.
Subscription owner
You don't have to do anything, the price will be updated automatically on your share affected by a price increase.
Co-subscriber

When you share a subscription as an owner, you receive payments from your co-subscribers in your wallet.
Payments for the current month are validated 30 days after they are received to ensure that the co-subscribers have had access to the service for the full month.

Before you can transfer your wallet to your bank account, you must first complete your profile checking. This is necessary as part of the anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing (AML-CFT) control procedures with our financial partner Lemonway.
Check my profile
Click on your profile picture on the top right of the home page.
In the menu that appears, click on Profile checking.

To transfer your wallet for the first time, you need to check your profile first.

Transfer funds
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the home page.
In the menu that appears, click on the Amount of your wallet.
Under the amount of Validated Funds, you can click on Recover my funds.Poucos leitoresHow long does it take to get a refund?
When you request a refund, it will be studied by our team within 48 hours.
Once validated, the refund is transferred immediately on your wallet.

Each subscription has its own payment method to meet the requirements of the European Payment Services Directive.
Update a payment method
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the home page.
Select Payment Methods from the drop-down menu.
On this page, you will see a payment method for each subscription in the form of cards.
Select the subscription for which you wish to update your payment method.

On the My wallet page you can find the option to Activate automatic transfers to your account.
Once enabled, your wallet will be transferred to your bank account automatically every month.
By default, the transfer is made on the 15th of the month. You can change this date by clicking on Transfer issued the 15th of each month.

It is possible to pay for your subscriptions with your wallet.
The balance of your wallet can either come from sharing your subscriptions or from a credit card refill.
Paying for a subscription with your wallet
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the home page.
Select Payment Methods from the drop-down menu.

When you send a subscription request to an owner, a pre-authorization of payment is made with your bank to verify that the payment method is valid.
You will not be charged until the owner accepts your request.
Pre-authorizations are not real debits. Some banks show them in your debits, but these transactions are automatically deleted. The delay depends on the bank.Poucos leitoresHow to update my IBAN?
Update your IBAN
Click on your profile picture at the top right of the homepage.
Select Payment Method from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to the Banking Information section.
To the right of Bank account proof, click Replace to send your new Bank account proof.
The IBAN will be filled in automatically.
It is mandatory to wait for documents validation to transfer your balance to your new bank account.Poucos leitoresCan I pay with a currency other than Euro?
Currently, we only accept payments in Euro on Spliiit. We are actively working to integrate new currencies.

Top up my wallet
Click on your profile picture at the top right of the home page.
In the menu that appears, click on the Amount of your balance.
On the My Wallet page, you can click on the Top up my wallet button.
Choose the amount to credit on your wallet and then click Continue to payment.
Once the payment is validated, the wallet is automatically credited.
