Which costs are applied when using Spliiit?

In order to keep Spliiit running properly and to cover transaction costs, we apply a commission according to the following rules.

I am a co-subscriber

• I *joined a sharing offer*, a commission of *5% + 99 cents* is applied *each month*.

Example: for a sharing offer at 4€ per month, the monthly commission amount will be €1,19, i.e. a total of 5,19€ per month.

I am the owner of a subscription

• If I share my subscription in *public*, a connection fee is applied *only the first month* for each new co-subscriber. This fee is *25% of the transaction amount, capped at 1€*.

Example 1: A co-subscriber joins my sharing at 2€ per month. The first month he joins, I will receive 1.50€ (2€ minus the 25% commission, i.e. 50 cents). The following months I will receive 2€.

Example 2: A co-subscriber joins my share at 8€ per month. The first month he joins, I will receive 7€ (8€ minus the 25% commission or 2€ but capped at 1€). The following months I will receive 8€.

• If I share my subscription *privately*, I have *no fees*.
