My payment was refused, what should I do?
When you are a co-subscriber, the payment of your subscriptions is made automatically every 30 days.
If a payment incident occurs, you will receive an e-mail to inform you. Two additional attempts will be made in the next two days.
To resolve the situation, you need to *update the payment method* for the corresponding subscription.
