How to report an issue?

Request a refund


  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the home page.


  1. Select Report an issue from the drop-down menu.


  1. Click on I understand after reading the terms and conditions.


  1. Select the subscription and the reason for the request.


  1. You may also attach an image and written justification.


Each reporting request is studied by our team within 48 working hours. All refunds are sent to the wallet.
