What to do if a service's price increases ?

When a service increases its prices, we update the sharing offers so that the co-subscription remains *fair* between the owner and the co-subscribers.


Subscription owner


You don't have to do anything, the *price will be updated automatically* on your share affected by a price increase.


Co-subscriber


Your *payment* to the subscription owner affected by an increase will also be *updated*. If you pay for this subscription via monthly debit from your Spliiit balance, it’s necessary that your balance can cover the renewal at the new rate, or that a payment card is linked to this subscription.


Updating the payment method is mandatory because it is part of a new European Union regulation to ensure the security of online payments. When you subscribe with a credit card payment, you authorize the monthly debit of a specific amount. If this amount changes, the payment will be automatically refused.
