# What is the difference between validated funds and next?

When you share a subscription as an owner, you receive payments from your co-subscribers in your wallet.

Payments for the current month are ****validated 30 days after**** they are received to ensure that the co-subscribers have had ****access to the service for the full month****.

To recap:

* ****Validated funds**** is the amount of your wallet available for use.
* ****Next**** is the total of ****payments waiting for validation****.

| Your wallet can be used to pay for other subscriptions, for example.
