# Login credentials do not work

Are you a co-subscriber and the sharing login credentials do not work or no longer? You can report it to the owner with just a few clicks.

### Report login credentials

1. Go to the [Subscriptions](https://www.spliiit.com/myspliiit) page accessible via the four square button in the navigation bar.

2. Click on the** Manage subscription **button corresponding to the subscription for which you want to report the credentials.

3. Further down on this new page, click on the ****Credentials**** tab.

4. To the right of ****Do the login credentials work?**** you can click on the red cross.

5. The owner will be notified and other co-subscribers will be able to see your credentials verification.

| If, despite this report and/or the group chat, the login credentials still did not work, you could report an issue.
