In which cases can I report a problem?
You can report a problem in the case of a refund request, which can only be made in the following cases:
- You have not received the *credentials* or they do not work.
- The shared service *does not correspond to the offer* initially proposed by the owner (e.g.: different country, incorrect number of simultaneous screens, no more seats available, etc.).
- You have been removed from the subscription *without valid reason*.
- You *no longer have access to the service* and there is no further news from the owner (e.g. credentials changed, offer terminated by owner, etc.).
- The account appears to be *terminated*.
- You can *no longer change family or a temporary code* is required.
