# I am having difficulty importing my documents

To check your profile, you need to import multiple documents. Here are some recommendations if you are having trouble during importation.

| The term IBAN used in this article refers to the document containing your bank account details (IBAN/BIC/SWIFT).

* The documents must be ** clear, ** ** readable ** and ** whole. **
