How to check my profile?

Before you can transfer your wallet to your bank account, you must first complete your profile checking. This is necessary as part of the anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing (AML-CFT) control procedures with our financial partner Lemonway.


Check my profile


  1. Click on your *profile picture* on the top right of the home page.


  1. In the menu that appears, click on Profile checking.


  1. Let us guide you through the various documents you need to submit: *two identity documents* and a *bank statement including the bank's logo*. The documents must be clear and complete.


  1. Enter your *IBAN*.


The documents are validated by our financial partner Lemonway within 48 hours. You can follow their validation on the Profile checking page.
