When can I get back my pot's money?
Your money pot's funds are available for withdrawal 30 days after your Spliiiter's subscription. You can withdraw your validated funds anytime by clicking on the money pot's button at the top right. You just need to click on "On hold" to be able to see when your funds will be available to withdrawal. Is it free to access Spliiit ?

What happens when a Spliiiter unsuscribes?
When a Spliiiter unsuscribes from your Spliiit, you will no longer get his/her participation in your money pot. You can then invite another person by sending him/her your Spliiit's link or by offer it on the Marketplace if the "Public" option is allowed for this subscription.
How will my Spliiiters be charged?
When a Spliiiter subscribe to one your Spliiits, his/her participation is automatically took out every month. He/she will charged on his/her subscription day, then every 30 days. Please refer to the "Prices" page if you have any question on applied fees.
Can I claim a refund ?
**Refunds can only be claimed in the following cases : ** No access to the service for a 30 days period counting from your subscription date Credencials have been modified and no news from the owner You have been withdrawn from the subscription without valid reasons The subscribed offer doesn't match the owner's service offer **You cannot claim a refund in the following cases : ** You decide to leave a Spliiit on your own and you don't want to enjoy the service's last days
What happens when a Spliiiter of mine has not been charged?
If a payment incident is recorded from one of your Spliiiters, 2 remaining attempts will be made within the next few days. If the issue persists, he/she will be automatically withdrawn from your subscription. You will not get any more participation from his/her money pot. However, you will still be able to invite him/her again by sending him/her your Spliiit's link or invite other people. If you have activated the "Public" option of your Spliiit, it will be automatically offered on the Marketpl
How to pay my subscription with my money pot?
You wish to subscribe an offer with your money pot? You are able to pay a subscription with your money pot. To do so, you only need to refill it through Paypal or credit card by clicking on the money pot's button, then "refill my money pot". ** Warning:** a money pot refill can't be withdrawn.
How will a transfer to my bank account look like?
In order to credit your bank account from your money pot when requesting a withdrawal, payment details as long as identity-related info should have been correctly completed and verified by our bank partner. To do so, Go to your profile picture at the top right > "money pot validation". Import your ID-documents. Enter your IBAN number and import your bank details document. I have been charged multiple times
Some banks (Lydia, N26, Revolut, Nickel, etc...) display the transaction's amount on your bank account as if it was an ongoing payment. It is merely a pre-authorization but your credit card is not really charged ! Funds can take a few days before being updated by your bank institution.
What is the purpose of automatic transfers?
If you enable the automatic transfers, you will no longer need to log into your account in order to make a withdrawal request. Your money pot will be credited to your bank account every month on the 15th and does not require any action on your part :-)
When will I be charged?
You will only be charged when the owner accepts your subscription request. When you subscribe to an owner's offer, we get contact with the issuing bank to check if your payment method is valid. Your bank sets aside funds until transaction is complete or authorization expires. Pre-authorizations are not actual payments. They are deleted by your bank after a short delay depending on institutions.
