How to cancel my subscription request?
You can cancel your request before it is accepted. To do it, you must wait for an hour after subscribing. Then, the "cancel my request" button will appear. You will then be able to cancel your request before it is accepted.
How to add a Spliiiter ?
Click on the "+" button of your subscription. Right in the pop-up window that appeared, you will be able to share your Spliiit's link through Social Network or manually fill the email addresses of your friends.
Is there any commitment on Spliiit?
Spliiit is a non-binding service. You can unsubscribe at any time. Therefore, you will no longer be charged the following months. To unsubscribe from a Spliiit, go to the "How to unsubscribe from a Spliiit?" section.
I only have one slot remaining in my subscription, what can I do?
Spliiit gives you the possibility to choose the number of available slots for sharing, only if you have activated the "Public" Option. Although you can't define more slots than what the subscription offers, you can decide to reserve slots for a personal use outside our platform. When creating a Spliiit : Define the number of persons with whom you want to share your subscription. If the offer has more slots than the number you want to share, remaining slots will automatically get "reserved".

What's the purpose of the "Private/Public" option?
When creating a Spliiit, it will always be private as a default option. This means that you can share your Spliiit only with people from your entourage. If you activate the "Public" option, your Spliiit is automatically offered in the Marketplace so people can join your subscription and get in touch with you.
Can I customize my Spliiit ?
The Spliiit page received by your friends is customizable. On your Dashboard (at the bottom of the page), click on the "Customize" tab. Choose a theme and/or a color then press "Save". You can get a preview of your Spliiit's page by clicking on "See my Spliiit".
How to unsubscribe from a Spliiit ?
To unsubscribe from a Spliiit, go to your account. From your Dashboard, you have access to the list of all of your Spliiit (shared and subscribed). Select the Spliiit in question and click on "Manage subscription". Click on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the page. Unsubscribing is effective immediately. You will no longer be charged each month. You and the Spliiit's owner will get a confirmation email to be notified.
How to delete my account?
To delete your account, click on your profile (on the top right of your Dashboard) Go to the "Personal information" tab, then "Delete account". This action results in the removal of all your personal information from our database.
Who has access to my Spliiit ?
Depending on if your Spliiit is Private or Public, individuals with access are not the same. Private Spliiit : Only persons who have received your Spliiit's link can have access. Public Spliiit : Your Spliiit is available on the Marketplace and is therefore visible to any person wanting to subscribe to an offer.
How to login to my Spliiit account?
To login to your Spliiit account, click on "Login" at the top right of the homepage. Then choose the login way you used when you signed up to Spliiit.
How to delete a Spliiit ?
From your Dashboard, click on "Manage subscription" of the involved subscription. Then at the bottom of the page, click on "Delete this Spliiit". Finally, click on "Confirm". Deleting a Spliiit is only possible if there are no more participants in it. Lifespan of an inactive and non-shared Spliiit is three months. After these 3 months, the shared account's information could be permanently erased.
