# What to do if a service's price increases ?

When a ${color}[#000000](service increases its prices), we update the sharing offers so that the co-subscription remains **fair** between the owner and the co-subscribers.

##### Subscription owner
You don't have to do anything, the **price will be updated automatically** on your share affected by a price increase.

##### Co-subscriber
Your **payment** to the subscription owner affected by an increase will also be **updated**. If you pay for this subscription via monthly debit from your Spliiit balance, ${color}[#ff0000](it’s necessary that your balance can cover the renewal at the new rate, or that a payment card is linked to this subscription).

When you subscribe with a credit card payment, you authorize the monthly debit of a specific amount. If this amount changes, the payment will be automatically refused.
