# How to report an issue?


### Request a refund

1. Click on your **profile picture** in the top right corner of the home page.

2. Select **Report an issue** from the drop-down menu.

3. Click on **I understand** after reading the terms and conditions.

4. Select the subscription and the reason for the request.

5. You may also attach an image and written justification.

| Each reporting request is studied by our team within 48 working hours. All refunds are sent to the wallet.
